Meet Tim and K.C.
We’re Tim Zinselmeier and K.C. Sullivan, brothers-in-law and the owners of S and Z Land. The S and Z come from our last names, Sullivan and Zinselmeier. We’re based in Central Illinois and buy farmland and larger tracts directly from landowners.
