How it works

From parcel review to closing.

Start with what you know. We’ll explain what we need to review the property and what to expect at each step.

Four steps in a direct sale.

  1. Share the basics

Send your name, phone number, and the county where the land is located so we can call you.

  2. Talk through the property

We review public records, comparable sales, access, and current use. Tell us about a farm lease, an easement, or the acres you would like to keep.

  3. Review the written offer

If the property is a fit, we share the proposed price, timing, and conditions. Take time to discuss it with your family or advisers.

  4. Agree on closing details

If we reach an agreement, we coordinate with the title company or closing agent. We’ll discuss any harvest or lease dates that may affect timing.

Common questions

Can I start without a parcel number or survey?

Yes. The state, county, and approximate acreage are enough to start.

Does sending a request commit me to selling?

A request starts a conversation. You can decide whether to move forward after reviewing any written offer.

Can I keep the house or sell only part of the acreage?

Yes, we can discuss buying a portion. We’ll look at access, boundaries, and whether a split appears feasible before agreeing to terms.
